“The Seeing is Believing concept, first launched in Dubai earlier this October for the Middle East region and now in Nairobi Kenya for the East African region, helps in the recruitment of the right channel partners in the two regions. The Channel partners then go through trainings on the end customer demand generation products, support and implementation trainings on all portfolio, vertical contact centers and traditional unified communication products. We capitalize on customer satisfaction.” Asif Khan, Channel Director Unify, Middle East.

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, has entered into a global agreement with Google cloud to address the digital transformation needs of enterprise customers. The market is currently shifting from on-promise to the cloud, and as we leap into 2019, it is worth keeping an eye on the Cloud,” said Asif Khan adding: “There is a decline in on-premise solutions by 1%, and because of the extending market, there is movement to the cloud and contact center which is a huge evolving market globally.
