2017 Think Business Banking Awards declared KCB Group Best Bank in Mobile Banking recognition of its outstanding efforts to incorporate the latest financial technological advancements to keep up with emerging customer behaviour trends.
The Bank’s app launch in 2016 saw the introduction of seamless mobile banking transactions that completely eroded the need to physically visit bank branches.
KCB Group also received more accolades: Best Bank in Product Marketing, 1st runners up include, Best Bank in SME banking, Best Bank in integrated digital marketing, and sustainable corporate social responsibility, Best Bank in Mortgage Finance and Best Bank in Micro Finance.
