There is no doubt businesses are putting a lot of effort into ensuring that their customers not only enjoy their experience with a company or service; but also share their experience with others especially during COVID-19 times when customers can no longer be interacted with physically, companies are incorporating artificial intelligence into their customer support teams to improve relationships.
Micheal Njenga references a recent KPMG Survey that will be unveiled during the webinar, citing that “businesses should leverage chatbots as they are effortless, empathetic, and proactive.” He, however, cautions that the ethics surrounding AI deployment must be addressed lest the technology turns rogue.
