CloudFactory announces their new country manager for Kenya

Festus Kiragu has been appointed the Country manager at CloudFactory, effective January 2020.

A high potential professional with international work experience and possessing vast knowledge of the African market in Corporate Strategy, Commercial & Sales Planning, Operational Efficiency, Change Management, and Financial Management, Kiragu has formerly worked with Mastercard as the Director for Finance in Sub-Saharan Africa where he among other chores, drove strategic finance & business management with the Country Managers across SSA.

In his new role, Kiragu is entrusted to be in charge of strategic business management to steer the business to achieve business goals. He’ll also lead, guide and assist the executive team in business management and external engagements with key stakeholders.

He will develop, monitor and review capital and operational expenditure to support growth and ensure risk and legal frameworks and compliance to governance frameworks are met alongside ensuring an effective teamwork and succession planning.

He holds an MBA from United States International University and a BBA in Accounting and Management from the University of Eastern Africa Baraton.
