Airtel launches personalized customer offers CIO Staff Writer
Airtel Kenya has launched a service platform that will enable customers to enjoy personalized offers tailored to their phone usage patterns. By dialing 141, customers will be able to access My Airtel My Offer service which guarantees them special exciting rewards.
“My Airtel My Offer is a new interactive voice response, where customers call a dedicated number 141 through which they will receive comprehensive information about the full range of products and services available on the airtel network. This is a new and fresh approach to letting customers choose and personalize their rewards unlike the traditional promotions and reward mechanisms,” said Mr. Rene Meza, airtel Kenya Managing Director.
Among the goodies available to customers are discounted calling rates, sms and data bundles and a host of Value Added Services. “For example discounts on calling rates may depend on an individual’s calling patterns or preferred destinations. This is expected to greatly enhance our customer experience by personalizing their choices,” said Mr. Meza.
Following the launch of the personalized offers through My airtel My Offer, airtel announced that all ongoing customer offers have now been consolidated into the new platform offering customers the unique opportunity to be aware of and make a selection that meets their lifestyles from a wide range of offerings.
Mr. Meza added that the interactive service is anchored on a state-of-the-art information technology infrastructure and applications designed to offer a seamless experience to its customers. “We are committed to delivering relevant and innovative and affordable mobile solutions to help customers overcome their daily challenges as we continue with our journey towards market leadership in Kenya”.
