In a bid to provide better access to internet services and improve customer service, Access Kenya has opened up a retail shop in Kenya, the first ISP to do so. Customers will be able to access internet and other ICT services at the store in the Westgate mall, Nairobi.
“The store creates convenience to out rapidly growing clientele and increase the company’s foot print in the market. By setting up this shop, Access Kenya honours its customers’ request of delivering their services on their door step," says Jonathan Somen, Group Managing Director, Access Kenya.
The retail shop will offer a customers support centre, internet gaming portals, live streaming of internet TV and online enabled printing solution.
The shop is situated in a strategic position where clients will be in a position to experience fast internet speeds regardless of what they are engaging in. This is an opportunity for potential customers to have a feel of what they can do and the possibilities open to them with the company’s connections.
Present in the launch was Access Kenya business partners Barclays bank, AON Insurance Company and Housing Finance representatives who shared their different roles in this venture.
Customers who open a Barclay Bank account will enjoy subsidized internet and IT services offers. Those with mortgage houses from Housing Finance will enjoy special offers too.
As it continues to reach the customers, over the years Access Kenya has focused on direct selling through its sales team to sell its corporate internet, Access@Home residential internet, it now offers SmartAccess package for SMEs.
